CardCloser is the professional proof profile for real estate agents — one shareable place for reviews, results, listings, branding and polished marketing graphics.

Why it exists

A real estate agent is chosen, not found. Somewhere between a referral and a listing appointment there is a moment where someone looks you up, and what they usually find is a brokerage template with a photograph and a paragraph. That page has to carry a decision it was never designed for.

CardCloser is that page, built for that job: evidence first, at an address you keep.

What CardCloser does

• Publishes one professional profile at an address that belongs to your account.
• Holds client testimonials as records with permission attached.
• Shows results you choose and label yourself.
• Shows your listings with a real status.
• Applies your brand — colours, photography, personal, team and brokerage marks — to everything.
• Generates Property, Client Testimonial and Agent Highlight graphics from those same records, at three sizes.
• Produces a QR code for the physical world.

What CardCloser deliberately is not

• Not an IDX website or a property search.
• Not a directory — nobody browses CardCloser for an agent.
• Not a CRM, a lead marketplace or a transaction manager.
• Not a review platform. It displays proof; it does not host, average or verify ratings.
• Not a verification service. Your results are your claims, presented as yours.

Each of those is a deliberate absence rather than a missing feature. A product that is the page you send someone is a different product from one that finds them for you.

The First Year Free launch

CardCloser is early, and it is charging nothing for the first year rather than pretending otherwise. Every account gets 365 days of the complete product, publishing included. There is no credit card at signup, no trial that converts, and no charge at the end of the year.

When the year ends, a profile that has not continued on a paid plan goes inactive. The work stays in the account, the address stays reserved, and paying later brings the same profile back at the same URL. The full terms are on the pricing page.

What we will not do

Some commitments are easier to keep if they are written down where customers can hold us to them.

• We will not sell your data, and there are no third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
• We will not publish a testimonial that has no recorded permission.
• We will not claim an integration before it exists — Google Business Profile and Zillow review syncing are not available today, and no page here implies they are.
• We will not invent a rating, a review or a statistic.
• We will not hold your work hostage. Your data is exportable and deletable.
• We will not charge you without you choosing it.
