More than a digital business card for real estate agents
A digital business card gets your contact details onto someone's phone. That is genuinely useful and it takes about four seconds. The question worth thinking about is what happens in the four minutes afterwards, while they decide whether to call you.
CardCloser includes what a digital business card does — one tap to save, one link to share, one QR code — and exists for the layer on top: the reviews, results and listings that answer why.
What a digital business card does well
- Shares contact details without an app, and without a card to lose.
- Updates everywhere at once when your number or brokerage changes.
- Travels as a link, so it works in a text message as well as in person.
- Turns into a QR code for signage, print and open houses.
What generic cards leave out
Most digital card products are built for any profession, which means they stop at identity. For a real estate agent that is the least interesting part: a seller interviewing three agents already has three names and three phone numbers.
The same moment, two outcomes
| A seller scans your code and sees… | What they do next |
|---|---|
| Name, title, phone, email, brokerage logo | Saves the contact. Compares you on price. |
| The same, plus three specific client testimonials, your last two closings and your current listings | Reads for two minutes. Compares you on evidence. |
A framework for evaluating options yourself — ten criteria and which are load-bearing — is in the digital business cards comparison guide.

Client testimonials
Held as records with permission attached. A testimonial without recorded permission is not published, and cannot become a graphic.
Results
The figures you choose to show, labelled how you choose. CardCloser does not verify them.
Listings
Properties with a real status — Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract, Sold — that changes in one place.
Branding that is yours
Your colours and marks, applied to the profile and to every graphic. Personal, team and brokerage logos are separate assets with independent visibility switches, so the layout can satisfy your brokerage's advertising rules rather than fighting them.
QR sharing
One code, pointing at one permanent address. The address belongs to your account rather than a brokerage domain, and a previous address keeps resolving after a change — which matters the moment a code is printed on something. Sizing, contrast and testing are covered in the QR code guide.
Honest limitations
- CardCloser is not a replacement for a full agent website with IDX search. If your business depends on consumers browsing inventory, you need both.
- It is not a CRM and does not manage follow-up.
- It is not a transaction management system.
- Review syncing from Google Business Profile and Zillow is not available today.
- There is no per-scan QR analytics.

Common questions
What is the best digital business card for Realtors?
The one whose address you keep when you change brokerage, and whose page answers why a client should choose you. Those two criteria eliminate most options faster than a feature comparison does.
Do digital business cards work without an app?
Yes. Modern phone cameras read QR codes natively and the destination is an ordinary web page. Neither you nor the person scanning needs to install anything.
Can I keep my card if I change brokerage?
With CardCloser, yes — the address belongs to your account. With a card built on a brokerage domain, usually not, which is worth checking before you print anything.
Does it replace my website?
No. It replaces the paper card and does the job a card cannot: showing proof. A website with IDX search does something different.
