A real estate agent profile built around proof

A real estate agent profile is the page you send when someone asks why they should work with you. It is not a bio and it is not a listing feed — it is the one place your reviews, your results, your listings and your brand sit together, at an address you can say out loud.

CardCloser is the professional proof profile for real estate agents: one shareable place for reviews, results, listings, branding and polished marketing graphics.

What belongs on an agent profile

Seven things, in roughly this order. The order matters more than the wording, because a visitor decides whether to keep reading long before your third paragraph.

  1. Your name, your professional title and the market you serve.
  2. One professional photograph.
  3. A short bio — two or three sentences.
  4. Proof: what clients said, and what you have closed.
  5. Recent work: listings and closings with enough context to mean something.
  6. How you help — buyers and sellers want different reassurances.
  7. One obvious next step.

A fuller treatment, with labelled examples of each section, is in the profile examples guide.

Bio versus proof

This is the distinction most agent pages miss. A bio is your account of yourself; proof originates outside it. Both belong on the page and they do different jobs — which is why a longer bio never compensates for a missing proof section.

What each section can and cannot establish

What each section can and cannot establish

Reviews and testimonialsThat clients were satisfied, in their wordsYour pricing accuracy

The bio examples guide covers the writing side, by career stage.

Reviews and client testimonials

CardCloser holds client testimonials as records with permission attached. A testimonial without valid recorded permission is not published and cannot become a share graphic — the system enforces it rather than reminding you.

What is and is not connected todayClient testimonials you collect are live. Google Business Profile and Zillow appear in the Portal as review sources that are not yet available: CardCloser does not currently import reviews from either platform, and nothing on this site will suggest otherwise until it does.

Results you own

Results are the most misused section on agent pages, because the temptation is to publish the largest available number. A career volume figure impresses nobody in particular; "14 homes sold in this neighbourhood in the last 24 months" persuades the person who lives there.

CardCloser lets you choose which results appear and how they are labelled. Two limits stated plainly: the values are the values you entered, and CardCloser does not verify them. The profile presents them as your claims, because that is what they are.

Listings

Properties are records with a status — Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract, Sold — not images you re-upload. When a status changes, you change the status, and the profile and the graphics both follow.

Branding

Your colours, typography treatment, photography and logo assets live in Brand Studio and everything downstream reads from them. Personal, team and brokerage marks are separate assets with independent visibility switches, because brokerage advertising rules differ and a single logo slot cannot satisfy all of them. Sharing

One address, a QR code that points at it, and share graphics generated from the same records. A previous address keeps resolving to your current one, so printed material does not break when you change it. See Realtor QR code.

What CardCloser is not

  • Not an IDX website — there is no consumer property search.
  • Not a CRM — it does not manage your pipeline or your follow-up.
  • Not a transaction manager.
  • Not a directory — nobody browses CardCloser looking for an agent.
  • Not a review platform — it displays proof, it does not host or verify ratings.
  • Not a verification service — your results are your claims.

Most working agents keep several of those separately. CardCloser is the page you send someone, and it is deliberately only that.

Your first year is free

365 days of the complete product, publishing included, with no credit card and nothing that converts automatically at the end of it. If the year ends without a paid continuation your public page goes inactive, everything you built stays in your account, your address stays reserved, and paying later brings the same page back at the same URL.

Common questions

What is a real estate agent profile?

A single public page that shows who an agent is and what they have done — reviews, results, listings and contact — at one permanent address that can be shared as a link or a QR code.

How is this different from my brokerage profile?

Control and permanence. A brokerage page follows the brokerage's template and disappears when you leave. This one is yours, and the address survives the move.

Does CardCloser check my results?

No. The results shown are the ones you entered, and the profile presents them as yours. Publishing a figure you cannot support is your risk, not a feature.

Can I use it if my brokerage has advertising rules?

Yes — brokerage and personal marks are separate assets with independent visibility, and required disclosures can be placed. Confirm your brokerage's specific requirements before publishing.
