Real estate social graphics built from your real work

Most real estate social templates ask you to type the address, the price and the client's quote into a design tool that has never heard of your listing. CardCloser generates the graphic from the record you already keep, in your brand colours, at three sizes.

Three categories, seven design families, three export sizes. Every graphic is a static PNG — there is no video, Reel or animated output.

The three categories

Property Graphics

Built from a listing record, in four statuses: Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract and Sold. Three layouts — Focus, Circle Portrait and Cutout Portrait — so you can publish one with your photograph or without.

Client Testimonial

Built from one saved testimonial, in Circle Portrait or Cutout Portrait. A testimonial that has no recorded permission cannot be used, which is deliberate.

Agent Highlight

Built from one tracked production result, in Circle Portrait or Cutout Portrait. For introductions and milestones.

Three sizes, because one is never enough

A graphic designed for a portrait feed loses its price when cropped to a square and loses more as a story. Every graphic exports in all three approved sizes.

Generated from your records, not from a blank template

This is the whole difference. The address, the price, the status and the photograph come from the listing you already maintain; the quote and the attribution come from the testimonial record; the figure comes from the result you tracked. Change the listing status and the next graphic is correct.

The practical effect is not that the design is better than what you could make. It is that the graphic gets made at all — duplicate data entry is the actual reason posting stops.

Your brand, applied

Colours and marks come from Brand Studio. Personal and brokerage logos each have their own visibility switch, and a new account starts with both off rather than guessing what your brokerage permits.

What to make, and when

Every status and category has a page with the specifics — what belongs on it, what to leave off, and the compliance question attached to it:

If you are looking for what to post rather than how to make it, start with real estate social media post ideas.

Limits worth knowing

  • Static PNG only. No video, no Reels, no animation.
  • Three approved sizes. No custom dimensions and no landscape output.
  • No star-rating or platform-branded testimonial variants — a rating that was never given is a fabrication.
  • Graphics use the records you entered. CardCloser does not verify them.

Common questions

Are these Canva templates?

No. They are generated from your saved listing, testimonial and result records rather than being blank files you fill in, which is why they stay correct when a status changes.

Can I edit the layout?

You choose the category, the layout family, the status and the size, and the brand comes from your Brand Studio. The compositions themselves are fixed, which is what keeps a set of posts looking like one brand.

What sizes do I get?

Portrait Feed, Square Post and Story / Vertical, for every graphic.

Can I make a video or Reel?

No. Every export is a static PNG.
