Share Graphics templates for real estate agents
CardCloser generates share graphics from the listings, testimonials and results already saved on your profile — in your brand colours, at three sizes. These are the categories, the layouts and the sizes, with a real export of each.
Three categories
Property Graphics
Built from a listing record. Four statuses — Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract and Sold — across three layouts: Focus, Circle Portrait and Cutout Portrait.

Client Testimonial
Built from one saved testimonial, in Circle Portrait or Cutout Portrait. A testimonial with no recorded permission cannot be used — the graphic is unavailable rather than warned about.

Agent Highlight
Built from one tracked production result, in Circle Portrait or Cutout Portrait. For introductions and milestones.

Three sizes, one graphic
Every graphic in every category exports in all three, so a set of posts about one listing can cover a feed, a grid and a story without three trips to a design tool.
The three export sizes
| Size | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Portrait Feed | The main feed post on most platforms |
| Square Post | Grid layouts and platforms that crop to square |
| Story / Vertical | Full-screen vertical placements |
All output is static PNG. There is no video, Reel or animated format.
The six things people make
- Just Listed — the most-made graphic in the profession.
- Coming Soon — with the pre-marketing rules that apply to it.
- Under Contract — the status most agents skip.
- Sold — proof, and the privacy question attached to it.
- Client testimonial — including the permission step.
- Agent highlight — introductions and milestones.
Why generated, not blank
A blank template asks you to retype the address, the price and the quote. A generated graphic reads the record you already keep, which is why it stays correct when a status changes and why the graphic actually gets made. The templates product page covers this in more detail, and post ideas covers what to publish.
What the seven design families are for
Seven layouts sounds like a lot until you notice they are really three decisions: which category, whether you appear, and how. Every family is one combination of those.
The seven design families
| Category | Family | The decision it makes |
|---|---|---|
| Property | Focus | The house carries the post; you appear only in the contact line |
| Property | Circle Portrait | You are present, and subordinate to the property |
| Property | Cutout Portrait | You are the reason people follow the account |
| Client Testimonial | Circle Portrait | The quote leads; your portrait establishes whose client it was |
| Client Testimonial | Cutout Portrait | More presence — introductions and personal accounts |
| Agent Highlight | Circle Portrait | The result leads |
| Agent Highlight | Cutout Portrait | You lead; the result supports |
Combined with the four property statuses that gives sixteen selectable paths, and each path exports at three sizes.
What is deliberately not here
Some things are absent because no approved design exists, and inventing one would mean shipping a layout nobody reviewed:
- No testimonial layout without a portrait. An unattributed quote on a coloured background is the format that made testimonial graphics untrustworthy.
- No star ratings and no platform badges. A rating that was never given is a fabrication.
- No landscape output and no custom dimensions.
- No video, Reels or animation — every export is a static PNG.
- No multi-property or multi-testimonial layouts.
Where the content comes from
Each category reads one kind of record you already keep. That is what makes a graphic correct rather than merely finished.
Category, and the record behind it
| Category | Reads from | What changes it |
|---|---|---|
| Property Graphics | A listing record | Change the listing status and the next export is correct |
| Client Testimonial | One saved testimonial | Available only where permission is recorded |
| Agent Highlight | One tracked production result | The same value your profile shows |
