Real estate agent highlight template

An Agent Highlight is either an introduction or a milestone. Both are worth publishing more often than most agents do, and both fail the same way: the number arrives without anything attached to it.

Two jobs

The introduction

Most of the people who follow you have never seen the post where you explained who you are. Republishing that once a quarter is not repetition — your audience turned over.

The milestone

A result worth marking: a transaction count, a volume figure, a year in the business. Post these a few times a year at most. A milestone that appears monthly stops being one.

What belongs on the graphic

  • One result or one line about who you are. Not both, and never three figures.
  • Your portrait.
  • Your market, so the figure has a place attached to it.
  • Your name and one way to reach you.

Making a number read as evidence rather than a boast

The difference is almost entirely whether the figure is attached to a client outcome. "$18M closed" is about you. "Twenty-two families moved this year — eleven of them referred by someone I'd already worked with" is about them, and it contains a better number.

Two rules: give every figure a time frame and a place, and say it once. A figure that appears on the graphic, in the caption and in your bio stops being information.

Where the number comes from

The Agent Highlight graphic is built from a tracked production result on your profile — the same value your profile shows, so the two cannot disagree. CardCloser does not verify it: it is your figure, presented as yours.

Three sizes, one graphic

A highlight is mostly one figure and one face, which survives resizing better than anything else in the set. Export all three and use the story for the introduction version.

Compliance

Production claims are advertising. "Top producer" or "number one" needs a named source and a period, or it should not be published — several state commissions treat unsubstantiated superiority claims as a violation regardless of intent.

Common questions

How often should I post an introduction?

About once a quarter. Your audience turns over faster than it feels, and most followers have never seen the original.

Is posting my sales volume bragging?

It depends what it is attached to. A figure with a client outcome beside it reads as evidence; a figure alone reads as a billboard.

Can I say I am a top producer?

Only with a named source and a period. Unsubstantiated superiority claims are treated as advertising violations in many jurisdictions.
