Add personal and brokerage logos

Upload the marks you are allowed to use, and control where they appear.

Short answer

Upload your logos in the Brand tab. CardCloser holds a personal logo and a brokerage logo separately, so you can show either, both or neither — on your profile and on your Share Graphics.

CardCloser keeps two logo slots because they are two different permissions. Your personal or team mark is yours; your brokerage's mark is theirs, and they usually have rules about it.

  1. Open the Brand tab.
  2. Choose the personal logo slot or the brokerage logo slot.
  3. Upload the file. PNG, JPEG, WebP and SVG are accepted, up to 10 MB.
  4. Save.

Which file to use

  • A PNG with a transparent background is the safest choice — it sits cleanly on any colour.
  • An SVG is sharper at every size if your brokerage supplies one.
  • A JPEG will always have a rectangular white or coloured background, because JPEG cannot store transparency. It will look like a sticker.
  • Use the horizontal version of a logo if you have both. Tall logos become tiny when fitted into a wide space.

Use marks you are permitted to use. Brokerage and franchise logos are usually governed by a brand manual, and some require specific proportions, clear space or an accompanying disclosure. CardCloser does not check this for you.

Where logos appear

  • On your public profile.
  • On your Share Graphics, where you can choose which logo a given graphic uses.

If a slot is empty, CardCloser shows nothing there rather than substituting a stand-in.

If this doesn't work

The logo has a white box around it.
It is a JPEG, or a PNG that was flattened. Ask for the transparent PNG or the SVG.
The logo looks blurry.
The source file is too small. Logos are scaled down, never up — a 200-pixel-wide file cannot be sharpened by CardCloser.
The upload is rejected.
Check the format and the 10 MB limit. See I cannot upload a file.
