Create a property graphic

Turn a listing into a Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract or Sold post.

Short answer

Choose Property Graphics, pick the listing, and the graphic takes its wording from the property's status. Three layouts are available: Property Focus, Circle Portrait and Cutout Portrait.

Property graphics are the ones you will make most. Because they read from your listing record, the address and the status are always right.

Create one

  1. Open the Content tab and choose Share Graphics.
  2. Choose Property Graphics.
  3. Select the listing.
  4. Choose the status wording: COMING SOON, JUST LISTED, UNDER CONTRACT or SOLD.
  5. Choose a layout.
  6. Choose a size.
  7. Download.

The three layouts

  • Property Focus — the property photograph carries the graphic. Use it when the home is the story, and when you do not want your face on every post.
  • Circle Portrait — your headshot appears in a circle alongside the property. Use it when you want the post to be recognisably yours.
  • Cutout Portrait — a cut-out of you stands against the design. The most distinctive, and it needs a cutout version of your portrait.

Helpful tips

  • Post at every stage, not only at Sold. Coming Soon and Under Contract are the two most agents skip, and they are the two that show momentum.
  • Use a wide exterior photo. CardCloser crops around the architecture, and a tight interior shot gives it nothing to hold on to.
  • Check the graphic at thumbnail size before you post it. If the address is unreadable at that size, nobody in a feed will read it.

What you publish is your decision. CardCloser will put on the graphic what your record contains. Whether a price, an address or a client detail belongs on a public post is a judgement about your seller's privacy and your local rules.

If this doesn't work

The listing is not offered.
It has no photo, or no address. Both are required for a property graphic.
Cutout Portrait is unavailable.
It needs a cutout version of your portrait. Circle Portrait and Property Focus work with what you already have.
The status on the graphic is wrong.
Update the property's status in Listings, save, and generate again.
