Use a listing in Share Graphics

How a property record becomes a Coming Soon, Just Listed, Under Contract or Sold post.

Short answer

Any property with an address and at least one photo can be used in Share Graphics. Open Content, choose Share Graphics, pick Property Graphics, and select the listing — the graphic takes its status wording from the record's current status.

Share Graphics does not ask you to re-enter a listing. It reads the property record you already created, which is why the address on the graphic always matches the address on your profile.

What a listing needs to be usable

  • An address.
  • At least one photo.
  • A status — Coming Soon, Active, Under Contract or Closed.

A property missing a photo will not appear as a source, because a property graphic without a property photo is not a graphic anybody wants.

Create the graphic

  1. Open the Content tab and choose Share Graphics.
  2. Choose Property Graphics.
  3. Select the listing.
  4. Choose the status wording you want on the graphic.
  5. Choose a layout: Property Focus, Circle Portrait or Cutout Portrait.
  6. Choose a size: Portrait Feed, Square Post or Story / Vertical.
  7. Download it.

What if I want a different word?

The four statuses are the ones CardCloser supports, and they map to the property lifecycle every agent already works in.

If your market uses different terminology and this is a real problem for you, say so through Share feedback. Wording that does not match how agents actually speak is worth fixing.

If this doesn't work

The listing does not appear as a source.
It is missing a photo or an address. Add both in the Listings tab and it will appear.
The wrong status is on the graphic.
The graphic reads the property record. Update the status in Listings, save, and create the graphic again.
The photo is cropped badly.
CardCloser crops for the architecture of the building. A photo that is mostly lawn or driveway leaves it little room — try a different shot from your set.
