Add production highlights

Production is where your numbers live. Everything on your public profile that quotes a figure reads from here, so a number is entered once and cannot disagree with itself.

Add a result

1. Open the Production tab.
2. Add a result.
3. Enter the value and the label a client should read.
4. Save.

CardCloser does not calculate these for you and does not connect to your MLS. The values are yours, in your words, and you are responsible for them being accurate.

What to include

• Career volume or career sides, if the number is meaningful.
• Last twelve months, if it is stronger than your career average.
• Average sale price, where it positions you correctly.
• Years licensed, which is already in Basics and appears as a candidate here too.

Being accurate

Numbers on a public profile are advertising claims. Several states regulate them, brokerages usually have a policy, and a client who checks and finds a discrepancy has learned something about you that no design fixes.

• Use figures you could substantiate if asked.
• State the period. "$40M career volume" and "$40M last year" are very different claims.
• If a figure includes team production, say so.

If this doesn't work

The figure does not appear on your profile.

Entering a result is not the same as featuring it. See Choose Results-section and Top Card highlights.

You want to change a number that is already public.

Edit it in Production and save. There is one copy of every value, so it updates everywhere at once.

You cannot find where an old figure came from.

Some figures are carried forward from earlier CardCloser versions and appear as candidates. They are editable in Production like any other.
