Find your free-year start and end dates
Where the dates are, how they are calculated, and why everyone sees the same day.
Short answer
Account → Plan & access shows your free year's end date and the number of days remaining. The year starts when your account was created and runs for 365 days.
One panel holds both dates, and it is the same panel that decides whether your profile can be public.
Find them
- Open the Account tab.
- Read the Plan & access panel.
- The end date is shown, along with the days remaining.

Why the date reads the same for everybody
CardCloser formats access dates in UTC. Without that, two agents comparing screenshots in different time zones could see CardCloser state two different days for the same moment.
The practical effect is that the date you see is the date in the record, not the date your device thinks it is.
Reminders
CardCloser tells you as the end approaches, in the Portal and by email where email is available. The message says the same thing every time: nothing happens automatically, there is no card on file, and you will not be charged.
If this doesn't work
- No dates are shown.
- The panel may still be checking. Refresh. If you are on a paid plan, you will see plan and renewal information instead.
- The date is earlier than you expected.
- The year runs from account creation, not from when you finished setting up or first published.
- You want the date in your calendar.
- Add it manually. CardCloser does not create calendar entries.
