Add buyer and seller images and services
Two cards, one for each audience, with the services you actually offer.
Short answer
The How I Help panel in Profile holds two cards, buyers first then sellers. Each has its own image, its own set of services, and its own client action. You choose which services are switched on and which are featured publicly.
How I Help answers a question your bio does not: what do you actually do for me? It is split by audience because a buyer and a seller want different answers.
Set up a side
- Open the Profile tab and expand How I Help.
- Work through the Buyer card, then the Seller card. Buyers always come first on the public profile.
- Add an image for that side.
- Write the headline and intro for that audience.
- Choose which services to switch on, and which of those to feature.
- Choose the client action for that side — a booking link, or a questionnaire link.
- Save.
Services
Everything CardCloser offers as a service is present but switched off by default. You opt in, which means the page never claims a service you do not provide.
- Switch on the services you offer.
- Feature up to four per side. Featured services are what a visitor sees.
- Order them. The first two are what somebody reads on a phone.
Images
Each side has its own image. Choose photographs that fit the audience — a family at a front door for buyers, a prepared living room for sellers. Avoid stock photography that looks like stock photography; a real photo of a real home you worked is worth more.
Client actions
Each side offers one client action, not several. A card with three competing buttons gets none of them pressed.
If your booking link is set and shown, a Book action is available. If you have a buyer or seller questionnaire link, that can be the action instead.
If this doesn't work
- The How I Help section does not appear publicly.
- It needs at least one featured service on one side. Switching a service on is not enough — it must also be featured.
- You cannot feature a fifth service.
- Four per side is the cap. Unfeature one first.
- Your questionnaire link is rejected.
- Enter the full URL. If it opens when pasted into a browser address bar, it will be accepted.
