Build your profile
Choose what appears on your public profile
Show, hide and reorder the five sections visitors see.
Short answer
Open Profile and expand the Profile Sections panel. You can show or hide About, Results, Properties, Reviews and How I Help, and drag them into the order you want. Your card, contact details and footer are always shown.
Your public profile has five sections you control, plus three structural parts you do not.
The five you control
- About — your story, your personal note, your Meet Me photo and any awards.
- Results — the production figures you chose to present.
- Properties — the listings you made public.
- Reviews — your client testimonials.
- How I Help — your buyer and seller services.
Your profile card at the top, your contact details, and the footer always appear. They are what make the page usable, so they are not optional.
Show, hide and reorder
- Open the Profile tab and expand the Profile Sections panel.
- Use the switch beside a section to show or hide it.
- Use the drag handle, or the move controls beside each row, to change the order.
- Save.
- Preview your profile to see the result.
Helpful tips
- Lead with your strongest section. If you have three excellent testimonials and one listing, put Reviews above Properties.
- A hidden section is not deleted. Everything in it stays, and turning it back on restores it exactly.
- An empty section will not embarrass you — a section with nothing in it does not render on the public page even when it is switched on.
Reordering is keyboard-accessible. If dragging is awkward, the move controls beside each section do the same thing and announce the new position.
If this doesn't work
- A section is switched on but does not appear publicly.
- It has no content yet. Add a testimonial, a listing, a result or a service and it will appear.
- The order looks right in the Portal but not on the live page.
- You have unsaved changes, or the page is cached. Save, then reload the public profile.
- You cannot hide your contact details.
- That is by design. You can, however, control which contact methods are public — see Add social links and contact information.
