Preview your CardCloser profile
See exactly what a visitor sees, before anyone else does.
Short answer
Use the Preview control on the Portal tab row. It renders your real public profile with your current saved content — the same components a visitor gets — so what you see is what will publish.
Preview is not an approximation. It renders the real public profile with the real components, so anything that looks wrong in Preview will look wrong live.
Open the preview
- Save any changes you want to see. Preview shows saved content.
- Use the Preview control on the Portal tab row.
- Scroll the whole page, including the sections below the fold.
- Close it and go back to editing.
What to look for
- Does your card say something specific about you, or something any agent could have written?
- Is your photo cropped the way you want at the size it actually renders?
- Do your sections appear in the order you meant?
- Is anything there that you would not want a client to read?
Checking on a phone
Most people who receive your link will open it on a phone. Preview reflows the same way the public page does, so narrowing your browser window is a fair test.
For a genuinely true test, publish and open the link on your own phone. Publishing is reversible, so this costs you nothing.
If this doesn't work
- Preview shows old content.
- Preview renders saved content. Save first, then reopen it.
- A section you added is missing.
- Either it is switched off in Profile Sections, or it has no content yet. Both cases are covered in Choose what appears on your public profile.
- Your profile looks empty.
- A new account is genuinely empty. Your first 10 minutes with CardCloser is the fastest route to something worth previewing.
