Add CardCloser to social media and your email signature

The places your link earns its keep, and how to word it.

Short answer

Put your CardCloser link in the website field of every social profile and on the last line of your email signature. Both take a minute and both work every day afterwards without you doing anything.

A link nobody can find does nothing. These are the placements that keep working after you set them once.

Your email signature

  1. Copy your CardCloser link from the Portal.
  2. Open your email signature settings.
  3. Add a line with a short description and your link.
  4. Send yourself a test email and click it.

Word it as a reason to click, not as a label:

  • "Reviews, recent sales and how I work: cardcloser.com/your-address"
  • "See what my clients say: cardcloser.com/your-address"

"My website" is a label. Nobody clicks a label.

Use it as your single link. A link-in-bio service that leads to a menu of five options is one extra decision between somebody's interest and your proof.

Other places worth a minute

  • Your text-message auto-reply, if you use one.
  • Your listing presentation, on the page about you.
  • Your voicemail greeting is not a link, but "look me up at cardcloser.com slash your name" is memorable and short.
  • Your business card, alongside the QR code.

Set it once, check it once a year. The link keeps working — but signatures get rebuilt and profiles get migrated. A yearly check takes two minutes.

If this doesn't work

A platform rejects the link.
Include the full address with https:// at the front. Some fields require it.
The preview image looks wrong when you share it.
Social platforms cache previews. Republishing your profile refreshes what CardCloser serves; the platform may take longer.
Your brokerage restricts outside links.
Ask what is permitted. Some brokerages allow an agent link with specific disclosure wording alongside.
