Use your CardCloser QR code

Download it, put it where people will scan it, and test it before you print.

Short answer

Your QR code is generated from your CardCloser link and can be downloaded from the Portal. It points at your profile, so it keeps working even if you change your address later.

A QR code turns a physical moment into a digital one. At an open house it is the difference between somebody meaning to look you up and actually doing it.

Get your QR code

  1. Open the Agent Portal.
  2. Find the QR code beside your CardCloser link.
  3. Download it.

Before you print anything

  1. Scan it with your own phone.
  2. Check it opens your profile, not an error.
  3. Check the page looks right on a phone, because that is where every scan lands.
  4. Only then send it to print.

Test before you print, not after. A wrong QR code on 500 flyers is an expensive lesson, and it is a thirty-second check.

Where it works

  • An open house sign-in sheet or table card.
  • A sign rider on a listing.
  • The back of a business card.
  • A listing presentation, on the page about you.
  • A closing gift card.

Printing well

  • Print it at least an inch square. Smaller than that and phones struggle in poor light.
  • Keep clear space around it. A code jammed against a border scans badly.
  • Do not print it on a dark or patterned background.
  • Add a line of text beside it. "Scan for my reviews and recent sales" gets more scans than a bare square.
If you change your CardCloser address

Your existing QR codes keep working. The old address redirects to the new one, so printed material stays valid.

That is one of the reasons the address is worth choosing carefully once rather than changing often.

If this doesn't work

The code scans to a not-found page.
Your profile is not published. Publish and scan again.
The code will not scan from print.
It is too small, too low-contrast, or has no clear space around it. All three are fixable in the layout.
The download does nothing.
Your browser may be blocking it. Try a different browser, or a desktop rather than a phone.
