My photo or media is missing

Two different problems wear the same face. Work out which one you have first.

It uploaded and then vanished

Uploading and saving are separate. The image reaches CardCloser immediately; the record pointing at it is written when you save the panel.

1. Reopen the panel.
2. If the image is there, save now.
3. If it is not, upload it again and save before leaving the panel.

It shows in the Portal but not on the public page

The image is stored. Something else is stopping it appearing.

The section is hidden.

Check Profile Sections. A Meet Me photo cannot appear if About is switched off.

You have not published since adding it.

Save, then check the live page. It refreshes within the hour, or immediately if you republish.

Your profile is not public at all.

Your access has ended.

An inactive profile serves no media publicly. The files are untouched.

A listing photo is missing

Property photos belong to the property record. If one is missing, reopen the property in the Listings tab, check the photos are attached, and save the property.

Where your images actually live

Uploaded media is held privately. When your profile is public, CardCloser publishes a copy alongside it; when you unpublish, that copy is withdrawn and the private original stays.

If none of this explains it

1. Note which image, in which panel.
2. Note whether it is visible in the Portal.
3. Use Report a problem and include both, plus a screenshot if you can.
