Understand the Agent Portal
What each of the seven tabs is for, so you can find things without hunting.
Short answer
The Agent Portal has seven tabs: Profile, Brand, Listings, Production, Content, Analytics and Account. Profile is what a visitor reads, Brand is how it looks, Listings and Production are your work, Content makes graphics, Account is your access.
The Agent Portal is where you build and manage everything. It has seven tabs, and each one owns a different job.
The seven tabs
- Profile — everything a visitor reads: your basics, contact details, About, markets and specialties, awards, How I Help, reviews, media, social links, results, and which sections appear.
- Brand — the Brand Studio. Your professional photo, colours and logos, and how the profile looks.
- Listings — individual properties and their status.
- Production — the business results you want to present.
- Content — Share Graphics, the Media Library, and Saved Campaigns.
- Analytics — how your published profile is being viewed and shared.
- Account — Plan & access, subscription details, and Privacy & data.
The distinction people find least obvious
Listings and Production sound similar and are not.
- Listings is record-keeping for individual properties: this address, at this stage, with these photos.
- Production is presentation: the numbers and achievements you want a client to take away.
A property lives in Listings for as long as you are working it. A career volume figure lives in Production and is not attached to any one address.
Saving and previewing
Your changes are saved per tab. If you try to leave a tab with unsaved work, CardCloser stops you and offers to save, discard or stay. The Preview control on the tab row shows you the real public page at any time.
On a phone
The tab row wraps onto two rows on narrow screens and stays reachable while you scroll. Everything in the Portal works on a phone; the Brand Studio and the Share Graphics creator are the two places where a larger screen is genuinely more comfortable.
If this doesn't work
- You cannot find a field you remember.
- Use the Help Center search at the top of the Help Center — searching for what the field does works better than guessing which tab it moved to.
- A tab looks empty.
- Most tabs start empty because they hold records you have not created yet. Listings, Production and Content all fill up as you add work.
