Zillow reviews: current availability

Not available yet, and it depends on approval CardCloser does not control.

Short answer

CardCloser cannot display your Zillow reviews today, and the Portal marks Zillow as Coming Soon. Syncing requires approved Zillow partner access, which is a decision Zillow makes — so there is no date to give.

Zillow is further out than Google, and for a reason worth stating plainly: it does not depend only on CardCloser building something.

What is true today

  • CardCloser cannot display your Zillow reviews.
  • There is no Zillow connection to set up.
  • The Reviews panel in your Profile tab labels Zillow as Coming Soon.
  • CardCloser will not show a Zillow rating, review count or review text.

Why it is uncertain

Syncing Zillow reviews requires approved partner access. That approval is Zillow's decision, not CardCloser's, so promising a date would mean promising something on somebody else's behalf.

Until that exists, the honest states are "unavailable" and "linked profile only". Never "connected", "live" or "synced". CardCloser's own code enforces this, which is why you will never see a connected badge that is not backed by a real connection.

What to do now

  1. Keep collecting Zillow reviews. They work on Zillow regardless of CardCloser.
  2. Ask your best clients for a testimonial in their own words, and add it directly.
  3. Add your Zillow profile to Social Links if you want visitors to be able to go and look.

Is there a date?

No, and it would be dishonest to give one — the approval is not CardCloser's to grant.

Can I paste my Zillow reviews in manually?

The testimonial field is free text, so nothing stops you. But that is a separate publication, Zillow's terms govern reproducing their content, and the client's permission is a separate question. Ask the client directly.

Will my Zillow rating ever be combined with other sources?

No. CardCloser does not average sources into a single score, and that is a design decision rather than a missing feature.
