Choose which listings appear publicly

Not every property belongs on your profile. Here is how to decide, per listing.

Short answer

Each property has its own visibility control in the Listings tab. Turn it on to show that property in the Properties section of your public profile; turn it off and the record stays in CardCloser but no visitor sees it.

Your Listings tab is a record of your work. Your public profile is an argument. They are not the same list, and CardCloser lets them differ.

Set visibility

  1. Open the Listings tab.
  2. Find the property.
  3. Use its visibility control to show or hide it on your public profile.
  4. Save.
  5. Preview your profile to confirm.

What to show

  • Show closed properties. A record of homes you actually sold is the most persuasive thing in the section.
  • Show active listings if you want sellers to see you are working.
  • Consider hiding a listing that has been active for a long time without moving, if it is not the story you want told.
  • Hide anything a client asked you to keep quiet. Some sellers do not want their address on a public page, and that request outranks your marketing.

Hiding is not deleting. A hidden property keeps its photos, status and history. You can show it again at any time, and it is still available as a source for Share Graphics.

The Properties section

Whether the section appears at all is a separate control, in Profile Sections. If every property is hidden, the section does not render even when it is switched on — an empty heading is worse than no heading.

If this doesn't work

A visible listing does not appear on the public page.
Check that the Properties section is switched on in Profile Sections, and that you saved.
You want to hide the address but show the sale.
That is a Production result rather than a listing. See Add production highlights — figures do not carry an address.
A property you deleted is still on the live page.
Republish or reload. The public page is cached briefly and refreshes on its own within the hour.
