My share graphic will not generate or download

Missing sources, unavailable layouts, and downloads that go nowhere.

Short answer

If no source is offered, the record is incomplete — a property needs an address and a photo, a testimonial needs confirmed permission. If the download does nothing, it is usually the browser rather than CardCloser.

Work down this list in order. The first two cover most cases.

No source is offered

Share Graphics reads your saved records, and a record that cannot make a good graphic is not offered as a source.

A property is not offered.
It needs an address and at least one photo. Add both in the Listings tab and save.
A testimonial is not offered.
Its permission has not been confirmed. See Confirm permission and show a testimonial publicly.
No results are offered for an Agent Highlight.
Add a figure in the Production tab first.

A layout is unavailable

  • Cutout Portrait needs a cutout version of your portrait.
  • Circle Portrait needs your professional photo.
  • Property Focus needs neither, so it is always available for a valid property.

The download does nothing

Your browser is blocking it.
Check for a blocked-download notice in the address bar. Try a different browser.
You are on a phone and cannot find the file.
Look in Files under Downloads on iPhone, or Downloads and your gallery on Android. See Find and download your graphics.
Download is unavailable rather than failing.
New share graphics need an active CardCloser. If your free year has ended, see What happens when your free year ends.
The creator opens but the preview is blank.
Reload the page. If it stays blank, tell us — a blank preview is a defect, not a configuration.

The creator never locks. Even when a download is unavailable, you can still open Share Graphics, step through it and see your graphic. Losing the picture as well as the file would be a punishment rather than the end of a service.

If none of this works

  1. Note which category and which layout.
  2. Note what happened — nothing at all, an error, or a blank preview.
  3. Use Report a problem with both, and a screenshot if you can take one.
